Pumpkin Cold Foam

Pumpkin Cold Foam is a creamy, velvety topping made with real pumpkin puree, milk, cream, and warm fall spices. This coffeehouse-style foam adds rich pumpkin spice flavor and a luxurious frothy texture to cold brew, iced coffee, and lattes in just minutes.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl or large measuring cup.
  2. Using a handheld milk frother, whisk, or electric mixer, whip the mixture until it becomes thick and foamy but still pourable.
  3. Fill a glass with your favorite cold brew, iced coffee, or iced latte.
  4. Spoon or pour the pumpkin cold foam over the top of the drink.
  5. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use very cold ingredients for the best foam texture.
  • A milk frother produces the lightest and fluffiest results.
  • Do not overwhip or the foam may become too thick.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut cream and oat milk.
  • Refrigerated leftovers can be re-frothed before serving.
  • Perfect on cold brew, iced coffee, iced chai, and iced matcha drinks.
