1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Reduce the heat to low.
Add the cheddar cheese a handful at a time, stirring until melted.
Stir in the mozzarella cheese until smooth.
Add the Parmesan cheese and mix until fully incorporated.
Continue stirring until the sauce is creamy and velvety.
Toss the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce until evenly coated.
Garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Freshly shredded cheese melts more smoothly than pre-shredded cheese.
Use low heat when adding cheese to prevent a grainy texture.
Add steamed broccoli, spinach, or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
Gruyère, Fontina, or Gouda can be substituted for part of the cheese blend.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess.
