Cranberry Millionaire Fruit Salad

Cranberry Millionaire Fruit Salad is a rich, creamy, and festive no-bake dessert salad filled with tart cranberries, juicy fruit, fluffy whipped topping, and crunchy nuts. It’s an easy make-ahead favorite that’s perfect for holidays, potlucks, and family celebrations.

  • Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 10–12 servings

Ingredients

  • Whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • Mandarin oranges, drained
  • Red or green grapes, halved
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Whipped topping, thawed
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the whole berry cranberry sauce.
  4. Add the drained crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans or walnuts, and shredded coconut if using.
  5. Gently fold everything together until evenly coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the marshmallows to soften.
  7. Stir gently before serving and garnish with extra chopped nuts or fresh cranberries if desired.

Notes

  • Whole berry cranberry sauce provides the best texture, but jellied cranberry sauce also works.
  • Stabilized homemade whipped cream can replace whipped topping.
  • For a lighter version, substitute half of the cream cheese with plain Greek yogurt.
  • Drain canned fruit well to prevent a watery salad.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Freezing is not recommended.
