Peach Chia Pudding

Peach chia pudding is a creamy, refreshing treat made with sweet peaches and nutrient-rich chia seeds. It’s an easy, no-cook recipe perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a light dessert.

  • Total Time: 4 hours
  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 cup ripe peaches, peeled and diced or blended
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds and milk, stirring well.
  2. Add peaches, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Let sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Blend peaches for a smoother texture or leave chunky for variety.
  • Use frozen or canned peaches if fresh are unavailable.
  • Add yogurt or protein powder for extra protein.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Stir before serving as pudding thickens over time.
