Strawberry Fluff Salad

Strawberry Fluff Salad is a light, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert made with fluffy whipped topping, sweet strawberries, marshmallows, and juicy pineapple. It’s an easy make-ahead treat that’s perfect for potlucks, picnics, holidays, and family gatherings.

  • Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 8–10 servings

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries, diced
  • Instant strawberry pudding mix or strawberry gelatin mix
  • Whipped topping, thawed
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • Bananas, sliced (optional)
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Sweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry pudding mix or gelatin mix with the whipped topping until evenly blended.
  3. Fold in the diced strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
  4. Add sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut if using.
  5. Gently fold everything together until evenly combined.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the marshmallows to soften.
  7. Stir gently before serving and garnish with additional fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • Use stabilized homemade whipped cream instead of whipped topping if preferred.
  • Drain the pineapple well to keep the salad thick and fluffy.
  • Add bananas just before serving to minimize browning.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Freezing is not recommended.
